Terms of Use

By accessing or using BC Driving Test Practice, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

BC Driving Test Practice is an independent online study platform designed to help BC residents prepare for the ICBC knowledge test. The platform provides:

• Practice questions based on publicly available BC driving laws and road rules
• Mock exam simulations
• Flashcard study modes
• Progress tracking and analytics
• An AI Study Assistant powered by OpenAI (Pro feature)

This platform is a study aid only. It is not an official government testing system and does not replace the official ICBC knowledge test.

All questions and explanations on this platform are written independently by driving instructors and are based on the publicly available BC Motor Vehicle Act and ICBC driver's handbook. They are not sourced directly from ICBC and may not reflect the exact wording, format, or content of the actual ICBC knowledge test at any given time. We make no representations that our questions are identical to official ICBC test questions.

The "Pass Guarantee" offered with Pro plans is a satisfaction guarantee provided by BC Driving Test Practice, not by ICBC. To be eligible:

• You must have completed the full set of Pro practice questions
• You must have attempted and failed your official ICBC knowledge test
• You must submit your refund request within 30 days of your failed attempt with proof of completion of our practice sets and proof of your ICBC test result

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. This guarantee does not constitute an assurance that you will pass the ICBC test.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account credentials with others. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, or distribute the questions or content for commercial purposes without permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content from the platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the platform's security
• Submit false or misleading information through the question report system

The Monthly Pro plan auto-renews each month. You may cancel at any time from your Account settings and you will retain access until the end of your billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time on a cancelled subscription, except as covered by the Pass Guarantee above.

The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment. It does not auto-renew. Access is valid for the lifetime of the BC Driving Test Practice platform.

BC Driving Test Practice is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, continuously available, or that the content will be current at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by BC law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

BC Driving Test Practice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to failure to pass the official ICBC knowledge test. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
