Independent, BC-focused study platform

About BC Driving Test Practice

We help BC learners pass the ICBC knowledge test on their first attempt — with 500+ practice questions, a full mock exam, and study tools built around the official ICBC guide.

Our Mission

BC Driving Test Practice was built with one goal: to make passing the ICBC Class 7 knowledge test straightforward, affordable, and stress-free. We believe that with the right preparation, any BC learner — whether you grew up here or are new to the province — should be able to pass the knowledge test on their first attempt.

The ICBC knowledge test covers a wide range of topics, from road sign identification to intersection right-of-way rules, speed limits, and safe driving practices. Many learners underestimate how comprehensive the test is and arrive unprepared. Our platform is designed to close that gap with structured, topic-by-topic practice that mirrors exactly what appears on the real exam.

We are an independent platform and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to ICBC (Insurance Corporation of British Columbia) in any way. All practice questions are created and verified by our team using the official ICBC Learn to Drive Smart guide as the authoritative source.

How Our Content Is Created

Sourced from the Official Guide

Every practice question is written using the ICBC Learn to Drive Smart guide (2024–2026 edition) as the primary source. This is the same guide that all real ICBC knowledge test questions are drawn from.

Verified for Accuracy

Each question and answer is cross-referenced against current BC traffic laws and the ICBC guide before publication. We update questions when ICBC revises its guidelines.

Explanations Included

Every question includes a detailed explanation of the correct answer. We cite the relevant rule or principle from the ICBC guide so learners understand the reasoning, not just the answer.

Tested by Real Learners

Our question bank has been refined based on feedback from thousands of BC learners. Questions that were unclear, ambiguous, or inconsistent with the real test have been revised or removed.

Our Source Material

ICBC Learn to Drive Smart (2024–2026 Edition)

This is the official BC driver training guide published by ICBC. It is the only authoritative source for ICBC knowledge test questions. Our entire question bank — all 500+ questions — is based on this guide. We strongly recommend downloading or purchasing a copy and reading it alongside your practice sessions.
